Hey hey fellas
How long should it take to format a 4TB My book ?
Its been at it for 24 hours, i was expecting it to take a while, but the bar hasnt moved past 50% since maybe 2 hours in.
The software tells me not to close window or it will damage the drive.
Was a bit to quick and started using WD utilities software and not apples own.
Im formatting the drive to exfat btw.

Abort, find a windows pc, format to ntfs then reformat to exfat = done ! Works perfect on both systems
