There was a mention of 5000 folders limit for mycloud in PHOTO app

Is there a limit to folders and files depth in the mycloud storeage device?
like 5000?
I read there is a limit that the phot app displays

I have a folder of 188 folders and I can only see about 15-20 folders - is there a limit?
I checked other folders and I cant see all file/folders there either

What “photo app” are you using? The WD Photo app was retired several months ago…

If you are using a web browser and accessing MyCloud.com and are running into a problem seeing all the folders the its a known complaint certain users are experiencing with Chrome (for example) and MyCloud.com. The workaround, until WD fixes the issue on their end, is to use another web browser.

I did try another browser SAFARI and lo and behold it worked!
