IPAD App opens all microsoft office files (word, excel, powerpoint) on My Cloud drive remotely UNLESS the file is password protected. Then the message appears: “The URL can’t be shown”.
Does anyone know how to fix this? I’d prefer some files retain their own security as a safety measure.
