Switching ON my Mybook 4TB

Hello

sometimes , when  i switch on my PC with win7 my MYBOOK 4TB , which is always connected , does not start up.

so i have to unplug it and reconnect it.

I can switch it off with WD Smartware , but can not turn it back ON.

Can somebody help, please, to show me a way to turn the Mybook back ON , without pulling the plug and reconnect???

Hi bibibieber, welcome to the Community. The My Book should turn on every time you turn on the PC. Have you tried using another USB cable or connecting the My Book to another USB port?
