I can't get my WD Mybook to turn on

I am having some issues currently . I have the 4tb Mybook and I can’t get it to power on. when I plug in the power supply the blue light flashes, then goes off and nothing happens. Any suggestions on what to do?

Hello,

Try connecting it to the power outlet directly in case you have it connected to a surge protector to see if this helps.
