I ran the two regedit commands and rebooted, and now went from 24MB/s, up to 105MB/s!

command window as Admin

reg add “HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\LanmanWorkstation\Parameters” /v RequireSecuritySignature /t REG_DWORD /d 0 /f
