the nas ex2 is constantly moving, you never stay still even if I don’t log in once; it does not stay still even if the computer is stopped; keep doing who knows what scan; how do i get it to avoid these scans and go to stand by

Do you have OS3 or OS5? Have you checked the Knowledge Base to see if there are already topics on this? You may want to start this topic in the correct sub-forum for the device and OS that you have!
