Hi I hope I am the right forum now.

I have WD my cloud 2TB http://www.wdc.com/en/products/products.aspx?id=1140

Is it possible to install Squeezebox server on the WD My cloud 2 TB?

If so can anyone provide a detailed instruction for it.

I still want to connect from other devices such a media player, surround receiver, ipad, android phones and pc.

It is important that DLNA, iTunes-server, UPnP Media Server still will work!

In seems that for My Cloud EX 2 it is possible to install appas on it it this a fetaure htat will come to the single My cluod products also or it is something you already no can get through an update or sowtware installation.

Maybe I bought the wrong NAS to get my two Squeezebox to work, what I can see it is only Netgear that have support for it but maybe it can be installed on my NAS and work.

Yes , you can.

The Squeezebox media server is working perfect at my WD My Cloud 3T.

If you want " It is important that DLNA, iTunes-server, UPnP Media Server still will work!",you just need to change the default port 9000 of Squeezebox media server.

You bought the right thing.

Can you please provide me with an installation guide for it to install the Squeezebox media server on it.

Yes I am new at this and need all the help I can.

I do not have the app functionality that can be found on EX2 products, just to make sure thta we are talking about the right same product.
