Ok, so here’s the situation. I am using WD Smartware (the most current version) and, when I try to back up my stuff on the My Passport, it doesn’t work. Why? Because on the home screen, on the computer content gauge, it says I have 0KB of files to back up. I checked both C: and D: , nothing! I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, to no luck. Help!
What OS do you have? Smartware needs Microsoft .Net Framework 3.5 SP1 to work.
