Smartware missing settings for Passport Ultra (to remove password)

I was trying to remove my password, and all help points to doing this in Smartware Settings (I have Pro v2.4.4).

When I click on the Passport Ultra 2TB drive in Home tab, and then go to Settings tab, there is no Drive Setup option.

I can see this working fine for the MBL Duo, but same problem with older Passport (Std 2TB).

Finally I found the WD Security software, which did the trick.

So though I would share to save someone else a few dead end searches that all lead to Smartware settings.

Side not, VCD Manager reported these drives do not support Smartware.
