Slow write speeds

Hello people,

Im a noob. When I used to copy big files using windows on my pr4100 it used to be around 120 MB/s. Now without me having changed a single thing Im only getting around 35 MB/s. All my connecitons, cables, router etc. should be able to deliver higher speeds. And as I said; I used to get higher speeds.

Any clue what it could be or where to start troubleshooting (where to start looking for the bottleneck)?
