Simply nothing happens when I press 'Enable Backup' with my My Book

I’ve hadn’t used this drive in a while but I pulled it out today and when I first plugged it in it said it had no data backed up even though I could see the files when I went to Retrieve and was pretty sure they were there. Weird, but whatever I didn’t need that stuff so I did the Drive Erase in Utillities. But now when I press Enable Back up it won’t start and it’s set to continuous.

Thoughts?

Try Uninstalling the backup software and then reinstalling it, see if by doing this you can start the backup.
