Simple webpage for remote access using my domain

My Cloud OS 3 Personal & Network Attached Storage My Cloud Pro Series

Is that possible?
I can access the website locally, but not using my domain as I get 403 Forbidden.
I did search and found a lot of threads, but couldn’t find a solution unless booting it from different OS which is something I’d like to avoid.

Is there any option to allow this on PR2100 NAS?
(of course ports has been redirected to my NAS)
