Sharing and permissions issue

Hi everyone,

Here’s the issue I’m running into using WD My Book Live:

-I have created a “share” on my network drive and have set the access to “private”

-I have granted 2 users FULL access to this drive

-Both users can access all folders on this drive, however, when USER A creates a new folder/file on this share, only that user can edit the folder/file.  USER B only has “read” access.  I thought by granting both users full read/write access on my WD My Book Live dashboard, this would not be an issue. 

Any ideas?
