After i plug in the power plug it lights up all front LED and eventually all the drives (4x) go green and depending if i have a network cable plugged a green LED network. No matter what I do however I cannot get the power LED to turn green. I have gone through the manual and followed the powering on process a dozen times and also followed the troubleshooting steps.
Furthermore I cannot access the drive with the WD Discovery tool (direct connect/crossover/straigh cable or via a switch). I have also tried reseting the device after it powers up and also tried holding in the reset button while it powers up. Eitherway i can press and hold the reset button (same with the power button) in till i turn grey and there is no reaction from the unit.
I have also checked the front panel for any broken button bezel pins and also tried different drive combination all with the same results.
Any idea what to do next?
