SafePoint failing

Hi There,

I’ve got a old-ish MBL and a brand new MyCloud. The plan is to transfer all files and activities to the MyCloud, in order to have the MBL as safepoint (i’ll be very sorry to loose pic’s of kids and so on).

Therefore i tried to make a safepoint - you know to get the “feeling of it”.

After 500k (yes 500k) and several hours, it stoped responding.

* I’ve tried to cancel the operation (cant, get critical error, bad request some number 400800),

* I’ve tried to delete the safepoint, can’t → still in operation

* I’ve tried to reboot the device → no change

So I’m stuck with a failing SafePoint that I can’t seem to get rid of. What do I do? Factory Restore?

Hello, how many hours have passed since your started the SafePoint? Since this seems to be one time only backup, you can also just copy your files manually.
