Today I cancel file from My WD Cloud. I don’t know how restore it?

By “canceled” you mean “deleted”?
Generally there is no way to restore a deleted file from the My Cloud using the Dashboard. If one was using WD Sync there might be a way to restore a deleted file within the WD Sync program.
If one used Safepoint or Backup to backup their My Cloud to another My Cloud or other network location one could attempt to recover the deleted file from that backup set.
If one does a forum search they’ll find the question of how to restore a deleted file has been asked and discussed. There isn’t really a backup or recovery command built into the firmware at the SSH command line level. One can attempt to run recovery software from their local computer, if that recovery software supports accessing an NAS like the My Cloud. Or one may have to resort removing the hard drive from the My Cloud enclosure, attaching it to a computer (probably running Linux).
