Tried to do a restore to a new hard drive. Using Windows 7 on both old and new drives. WD backup says “There are no files to restore.You have not scheduled a backup plan.” The drive shows up on Manager and has 688G in the wd backup.swstar file and 67.5 G in the image file. Help!

I recommend you to transfer the backup folder manually to the new drive by either drag and dropping or copy and pasting. Then you can organize the file categories from your computer.
