Replaced 12Tb Drives with 14Tb drives in dual drive enclosure only one drive is seen

I had a 24Tb G-Drive set up as RAID 0. Checked with tech support and they said I could upgrade to 2 14Tb drives from 12Tb using the same enclosure. When I swapped the drives only one is showing up in the G-Drive configurator and I can’t change the disk type. How do I fix this? The 14 Tb drives are brand new purchased from Western Digital.

Mischief managed. I removed the drives and re-seated them in the enclose and now they are working.

nicely done!

The BIOS will not detect a hard disk if the data cable is damaged or the connection is incorrect. Serial ATA cables, in particular, can sometimes fall out of their connection. Be sure to check your SATA cables are tightly connected to the SATA port connection.
