G-RAID only showing one drive

I’ve got an old 4TB G-RAID with Thunderbolt (the version with only TB ports and no USB), when connected I only see one 2TB drive. I’m not sure if this means the drive has been setup in RAID1 or that one of the hdd’s has failed? I’d like to get it running in high performance mode (RAID0).

I’ve tried to use the config utility but it doesn’t recognise the drive, and doing some reading I think this version doesn’t use the config util?

Anybody know what I can do to get this running in RAID0?

If you can access the files, it would suggest it’s Raid 1.

You’ll need the G-Raid configurator to change the raid level.
