I have 2 remote hard drives connected to a desktop. A window keeps popping up at erratic times saying that it has found a new device for one drive which Seagate Backup+ Desk USB Device. What setting, if there is one, to recognize the drive on start-up and quit alerting me that it has found a new device repeatedly.
Isn’t that a question for Seagate instead of WD?
Yeah guess so! All of my other drives are WD and wasn’t thinking when I posted this.
