Remote access to Ultra EX2 asking for device code; not on device label

Tried to access the Ultra EX2 remotely and it wants a Device Code. Don’t recall that being requested the last time I attempted access.

I don’t have the install paperwork, and the device label doesn’t have such a code.

It’s been a long time since I tried to access the device remotely. Am I using the right web address (home.mycloud.com)?
