I have EX2 Ultra, I’m wondering if I’m travel abroad, how can I access my serve at home? and I’m not happy access via the www.mycloud.com , do you know other ways? thanks

You can use the MyClous app on your computer, this way you can access the unit remotely from different computers, also you can access the device via the mobile app.

That is correct there is a Mycloud application for Mac as well.
I didn’t find
If you go to setup.wdmycloud.com you should be able to go to the learning center, there you should be able to see the desktop app. Hope this helps
