Registration

I am having problems registering my new My passport ultra.

I get error message:-
Please fix the following:
There is not enough space on the disk.

I am at http://support.wdc.com/Support/productRegistration.aspx?lang=en
Any Suggestions because the error message doesn’t mean much to me as my 3 disks have plenty of space, so if it is a disk elsewhere I have no control over it.

Hi @jgmtheo - Thanks for reporting this. We are investigating the real cause of this intermittent issue (our servers are not out of space), but if you try registering again (or contact support as ERmorel suggested) you should be able to register - this only appears to occur sporadically.

Thanks ERmorel I have now registered my unit Ok … before I saw your recommendation. I think it might have registered disspite the error message as when I tried from the software on the disk it said already registered. Thanks again for you welcome and help.
