I am having problems registering my new My passport ultra.
I get error message:-
Please fix the following:
There is not enough space on the disk.
I am at http://support.wdc.com/Support/productRegistration.aspx?lang=en
Any Suggestions because the error message doesn’t mean much to me as my 3 disks have plenty of space, so if it is a disk elsewhere I have no control over it.
