Can't register product?

Hi there,

I just bought a mybook and it seems to be that i can’t register it… When i want to register it trough WD drive utillities it says registration failed, fill in the requierd information. But i filled in every field… Except the serial number field cause it’s already filled by the program.

So i thought, lets register it online. But then i get this message: product already registered… 

What do i do?
