It’s now some 49 + days since above item was sent for replacement on 11/12/25 the status hasn’t changed since, it still shows received date of 15/12/25 also, in your email on 20/01/26 you checked availability of stock found, you do have it in stock but needed few days to address it positively. I am now Utterly Disappointed at lack of professionalism and ethics of WD, is this how you treat customers? I am now of the view of escalating this complaint including, exposure on social media and the likes of Trustpilot and CAB by sharing my horrible stressful experience.
