Reconfiguring my PR4100 - Sanity check please

I have a PR4100 with 4 x 6TB HDD.

Drives 1 & 2 are in JBOD and drives 3 & 4 are in spanning. I’ve moved all my data onto the spanned volume 3.

I want to reconfigure drives 1 & 2 in RAID 0.

Do i simply eject drives 3 & 4, reconfigure drives 1 & 2 and then insert drives 3 & 4 again?
Will the volume need to be reconfigured?
How do I ensure no data loss on volume 3?

Any advice is greatly appreciated
