Raid configuration issues

I have a My Passport for Mac. Recently, I realized that my external drive was no longer working. I have tried different ports and cables, but my external drive cuts out after a short time. In using utilities, I get a raid configuration message. I have exchanged My Passport, but the same thing keeps occurring. Help!

Only the WD Passport Pro features RAID. If you have replaced cables and the actual device but still have the same issue then perhaps it would be best to contact WD Support about this. You can do so over the phone or via E-mail.
