My all new My Passport Pro 2To dead ? --> Raid configuration failed

Hi everybody !

That’s my first message.
I’ve bought a new My Passport Pro 2 To in July. (2 disks in RAID with Thunderbolt interface, my Mac is on Maverick).

Since today, I’ve got the message “RAID configuration failed. Contact Western Digital support for repair or replacement.”

My disk il all new and I have ALL my data on it ! 

What can I do ?? :cry:

Maybe you should try contacting WD’s Technical Support about this. You can do so either by phone or email.
