RAID 5 Migration failure

Hi all, would appreciate your help with an issues Im facing.
I have an EX4100 that has been running with only 1 12TB hdd and an unused 500 GB. After running out of space I bought 2 more 12TB HDD’s and I am trying to migrate to a raid 5.
At first the whole migration froze and I had to power down, when powering back up it would check for parity, get to 100% and freeze and lose network connection.

I was able to get migration to start again, and all files are accessible via SMB. I’m now stuck with:

All 3 drive bays were originally blue, I have removed drive three and reinserted and it turned red, then removed drive 2 and reinserted and it turned red.
Power cycled and the issue remains.

Any idea on where I can go from here to get this working?

I have a WD My Cloud EX4100 that was running with one 12TB HDD and an unused 500GB drive. After running out of space, I bought two more 12TB drives and tried to migrate to RAID 5. The migration froze at first, so I had to power down. When I restarted, it ran a parity check that reached 100% but then froze and lost network connection. I was able to restart the migration, and all files are still accessible via SMB, but the system is now stuck and the RAID 5 migration isn’t moving forward.
