EX4100 RAID 1 to RAID 5 migration stuck

Added two new drives (4TB) to my EX4100 that was configured in a RAID 1 and migrated to a RAID 5. After about a day, it climbed slowly to 6% and after two days, 11% but has been stuck at 11% and I can no longer access the NAS over the network. I know it’s still at 11% for 24 hours now, because the on-device display says so. Don’t hear a lot of drive activity and wondering if I power down and restart it, if I’ll lose all the data on the NAS.

Read in other threads (for other devices) where some has power cycled the device and it just restarted but wondered if anyone has any specific experience with this scenario.

Followed prerequisites - free drive space over 33% and two new 4TB drives of the same exact model for a total of 4.
