Quick Drive Test and Complete Drive Test

My book essential 1 TB failed in both Quick Drive and Complete Drive Tests, i have fomatted the drive and checked it for errors but still the fails in both test in the wd smartware.

Note: it passed the Quick Smart Status 

firmware: 2.018

Any help pls.

Use WD format tool and try formatting by writing zeroes. It sound like the drive is going bad. If it is still in warranty contact WD.
