It seems that there is a World-wide problem with WDTV’s freezing. It is mentioned everywhere. Also in this forum there are many topics about it. But… We don’t hear anything from WD at all… A big silence from WD …
Are you going to address this freezing problem? What can we expect? I can’t imagine you are unaware of this problem…

One of the moderators had forwarded my original post on this issue to WD, and their Level 2 tech support contacted me. Unfortunately, their only suggestion was to rollback the firmware. The guy I talked to didn’t seem to have any insight or awareness of the issue or its cause.
