Public folder not accessible

I am currently trying to access my public folder but can’t. My cloud shows up under my network folders but the public folder does not. I am trying to put files into the public folder to access on my nvidia shield and other devices in home however I can’t access the folder in order to put the files in there. Any help would be appreciated. My mycloud home is connected to my orbi router sorry forgot to add that
