So I have My Cloud Home 8tb.
I mapped my drive to access the ‘public folder’
What I need to know is how to access this ‘public folder’ (which is accessible over my local network) over the cloud? I cant find it anywhere in the cloud access.
In case it matters, the reason I want to know is becuase the ‘public folder’ is visible on the VLC app on my smart tvs and android devices. I want to be able to stream media on them. The cloud folders, to the best of my knowledge, CANNOT stream said media over my smart devices… also, the cloud folders are inaccessible when the internet is out… where as the ‘public folder’ is accessible as long as the local network is up n running.
