Problems Updating Firmware WDMyCloud 04.04.01-112

Hi everyone, I am having problems updating to firmware WDMyCloud 04.04.01-112, it responds with error 370006, is there a list of error codes?
I tested both the auto update and the manual one.

What version are you trying to upgrade from?

Note the 04.04.01-112 is for the single bay My Cloud units, other units like the Mirror, EX2, etc. typically use different firmware.
