Problems connecting after installing new router

Okay, this is a little of a ■■■■■’s question, but I am afraid I have to ask it:

I installed a new router and I find my WD Cloud in my network at home. But I have problems connecting wireless e.g. with my Sonos-system.

Seems my basic problem is, that I can’T recall my Username and password that I installed about 2 1/2 years ago.

Does anyone know what I have to do to even get there or to set up a new password or whatever?

As per the user manual:

4-sec one reset clears the admin password.
40-second power-up reset clears all users, reverts admin account to ‘admin’ and clears the admin password.

My guess is that Sonos is accessing the DLNA server. DLNA doesn’t need a password.

Can you see you MyCloud from any wireless devices?

Are you sure your new router isn’t providing a ‘guest’ WiFi network, which only allows internet access, not intranet?
