Hey There, WD Discovery open good, ask me to enter m’y password for unlock the passport but nothing happen. I cant have access to my file ans i have court on 2 months, i nées my stuff, can you help me please.
I cant see my passport un WD tab but Nevers unlock. Or if i try n’y WD security nothing happen too.

First, connect your WD Passport to another USB port or a different computer. If it still doesn’t work, uninstall the WD Discovery and WD Security applications. Go to WD’s website, download the latest versions, and install them. Then, try unlocking the drive again.
You can also attempt to unlock the drive without these tools.
On Windows, open “This PC” and check if the drive is there. Enter your password if asked.
On Mac, open Finder or Disk Utility to find the drive.
Make sure the unlock window is active before typing your password. If it still doesn’t work, restart your computer and try again.
Check if your disk is recognized by your computer
