Hi, My WD My Passport has always been used as my back up and time machine for my work computer, now I need to access some files at home and used the same drive however I can’t open it, click on it or do anything with it. And I need those files… I installed WD Discovery and it does show up in there, but I can’t do anything with it. It is also not showing the name I gave the harddrive. I know the password so that is not the problem. Please help!

Try to connect the drive to a different computer to see if you are able to access it.You can also try a different USB port.
