Ciao a tutti, ho acquistato un hard disk venduto e spedito da Amazon. Si tratta di un Western Digital 10tb e ha una garanzia di 5 anni. Ho inserito il seriale nel sito per controllare la garanzia ma mi indica Out of Region. Capisco che vuol dire perché ho cercato su internet , ma come devo comportarmi adesso ? Come posso avere la garanzia completa?

come avrà trovato cercando su internet, i prodotti Out of Region (OOR) sono prodotti destinati per mercati non europei.
Per la politica sui resi della Western Digital, se necessario, si possono sostituire prodotti OOR fino a 5 per anno.
In ogni caso, vedo che ha già contattato il supporto WD. Presto riceverà una risposta.
