"Out of Region" Warranty Status

Hi, WD community

I have a question for WD My Book. I bought one WD My Book 10TB hard disk drive in this month from an online retailer in Dubai. When I registered the product in the WDC Support Portal, I got the following inscription: “OUT OF REGION”. I am using other WD hard drives, which purchased from the same online retailer. But all showing In Warranty.

Is it a defect of a recognition system of serial numbers in the WDC Support Portal? Or what is it?
