I’ve been using it more than 5 years now and i have alots pict inside and i hope i dont lose them. How i can fix it without losing my pict and video.

I wish u someone offers some guidance. I began to lose my 3TB drive last week after 5 yrs of usage. Had pics from '50s onwars…850GB. I was able to power down and up and got the drive up for a day after a few tries of about an hour long. Backed up to a USB 1TB, bought 2TB Cloud Home and now putting all back there. Another ussue was my critical documents. Now will keep the doc, at keast, on my laptop also. Went thru very tense and scary week. Hope u get out alive here.
