Problem with WD Discovery

I have problem with PC software.
I cant see folders on my disc. If I log in thru web browser I can see everything but if I click on disc in “my computer” I cannot see anything, its empty.
I was reinstalling software, log out, log in etc., no more ideas…
On PC from which I was creating accounts I can see everything normal, should I create new accounts for others to resolve it, or there is something more to try?
