Problem with syncing with DropBox

Hi, I am facing a problem syncing my data from our business account in Dropbox (10TB). Once I sync data with Dropbox for 1st time everything go well, but if the internet disconnected it never sync again from where it cuts.

Is there step be step guide for this so I can figure out what is the problem?
