Problem with My Passport Pro Thunderbolt

hello, 

I do have a My Passport por for MAc (2TB, Thunderbolt). It’s almost new, 6 month max or so…

For an unkown reason, when I connect it it makes my mac crash. 

When it does not, I tried to verify with the WD utility. Everything’s fine. 

With Mac’s disk utilisy, it won’t complete the verification, prompts me to repair. Repair can’t complete and I get adviced to copy my data and reofrmat. 

Problem is: can’t copy it the finder won’t finish it…

Can anyone help???
