Problem adding user

I have a new EX2, upgraded to OS5. When I add a user, this works well. But when I want to invite the user to cloud acces by sending an email, the system says “Updating” and stays like that. Nothing happens. I have tried with several users and email addresses. Anyone who managed to solve this problem?

Thanks but the answer does not help. It is not possible to share any resources for some reason.

@Gerard57, are you running the latest firmware 5.06.115?

Yes, I checked and that is the firmware I am using. It is a bit frustrating since the whole idea was to use the NAS in a shared way… (Sorry for late feedback, was on holiday)
