Private files accessible to all users: how to stop this?

I have several users (colleagues) with cloud access. Each has access to different folders on the WDMyCloud.

Problem:
Whilst every user can only see the folders they are allowed to when viewing ‘files and folders’, if a user uses the search function it searches every folder and displays matching files even from the folders the user should not be able to access.

This means that my WDMyCloud is not secure as all my colleagues can access private folders.

How do I resolve this please?
