PR4100 USB Backup NOT automatic - Disaster and I may have to return 6 of these

We just bought 6 of the PR4100’s for my company. Replacing Synologys after years and the Wd’s are priced right and seem nice.

Last night I hooked up a 4TB WD USB drive and ran a backup and it worked great. Problem is I can’t find a way to tell it to do it automatically each day etc ?

How can this be in 2019 ?

Every NAS on the market has this except for WD ?

This is a nightmare for us as I just bought 6 of them.

HELP WD - Please tell me how to make this automatic ?

Unfortunately according to the knowledge base article below scheduled backups to USB are not supported.
