My pr2100 dropped off my network. Cannot connect to it by an means. Neither the 4 second or 40 second reset work at all. The light are on and it looks like it is working, but it is basically dead and I cannot reset it. WD tech support dropped my connection and would not even call me back.

I tired the 40 second reset at least 5 times, exactly as described and nothing happens to the unit. Does not reboot, and does not reset.
Network LED’s are solid green, sometimes they blink.
Front panel Power LED - Solid Blue.
The device can not connect to anything and is not in my router devices page.
