PR2100 16TB - no power

Hello,
Only after about few months, my PR2100 lost power and will not power back on. WD says it is out of warranty, not sure how since I got it in January of this year. I do not have proof of purchase so they won’t RMA it. Any ideas of if there is a way fixing/testing the unit?

Try buying a new power cord for it from WD and see if that works?

Thanks for the reply. Tried couple adapters, still no power. I guess I am SOL unless I can find receipt. Disappointing but the hard drives still work so I guess I can just buy new enclosure.

That stinks, but at least the drives work, which is most important!

Did you try with the store you got for duplicate receipt.

It is always best to register the product to ensure you are getting promised 3 years warranty
